Refunds Policy (Clearance Shop - Online Purchases Only):
If you have not yet arranged with our delivery company for any part of your order to be delivered, then you may cancel and receive a full refund.
If you have already arranged delivery with our delivery company for all or part of your order to be delivered, you may cancel for a refund less a cancellation or rearrangement fee of £59.00 if you cancel within 3 days prior to the arranged delivery date. This fee will be deducted from your refund regardless of whether you wish to cancel the whole of your order, or just the delivery itself.
If you received delivery of all or part of your order, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund less your original delivery fee, plus a returns fee of £95, provided it is returned in the same condition as it was received. Note if any items you wish to return require disassembly and repackaging, a re-stocking and handling charge of up to 10% of the purchase price may be charged, or the original cost of delivery (whichever is the greater). If you wish to arrange your own return, this must be to our warehouse - not to the showroom, and we require prior notice of at least 48 hours.
If it becomes apparent during delivery that your order will not fit into your property, or if we are unable to deliver your order into your property due to access or on-site issues, you may cancel for a refund less a fee of £59.00 or the original cost of delivery (whichever is the greater). Or if we to arrange delivery at a later date when the access issues are resolved, a redelivery fee of min. £59 will apply (additional fees may apply if you have “abnormal” delivery requirements such as hoisting, removal of windows or doors etc).
