Delivery terms

1) Delivery includes delivery up to 3^rd Floor. Charges apply per-floor thereafter if the items do not fit in a lift.

2) It is the responsibility of the customer to confirm the products will fit into their property safely and without the need for hoisting, removal of doors/windows etc. If you are unsure then please contact us prior to ordering.

Delivery costs:

Orders Under £5,000 = £59.00 to Mainland UK (some postcode exclusions apply). Orders over £5,000 = Free to Mainland UK (some postcode exclusions apply).

Postcode exclusions are priced on application – Wales - LL, SY, LD, SA, CF, NP  / Scotland = AB, DD, KW, DG, KY, EH, ML, FK, PA, G, PH, TD, IV  /  Other = TR, PL, TQ
